Common questions
Are you a chair factory?
No. We make chair-foot and leg components — the detachable feet and legs that go under a chair — and supply them to chair factories and furniture groups. We do not sell finished chairs or sell to end users.
What is the “nested taper-lock” foot?
It is our core patented design from late 2020. The foot arms press into a nested hub and hold by a taper fit instead of screws. Because the joint is a wedge, downward load tightens it rather than loosening it.
Is it really screwless, and how fast does it assemble?
Yes — no screws, no tools, no screw kit in the box. A five-arm foot presses together by hand in about twenty seconds.
How much does flat-pack actually save?
We see roughly 30% less packing volume and about 12% lower material cost versus a comparable welded foot, because the parts nest and there are no separate fasteners.
What load can the foot take? Is it BIFMA certified?
The foot was tested four times at the Anji County quality-supervision centre during development, and it is built to BIFMA-level standards. We do not claim a blanket certificate; we rate each foot to the user weight you specify and can arrange formal BIFMA-level load and durability testing for your exact part.
Do your legs use a standard gas-lift bore?
Yes. The column bore is a standard chair taper, so an off-the-shelf Class 3/4 gas lift and standard castors fit. You are not locked into a proprietary cylinder.
Can you private-label and build to our drawing?
Yes. We finish, colour and carton to your brand, cast to your arm profile on shared or dedicated tooling, and quote drawing-built or reverse-engineered parts from a sample.
What is your MOQ and lead time?
Both are set per part. Send the item and we will give you a real figure in the quote — we would rather do that than post a number that is wrong for half our range.
Where are you and can we visit or audit?
We are in Anji County, Huzhou, Zhejiang. Factory visits and audits by you or your agent are welcome, and we can support online QA review and pre-shipment inspection.
