We are not a chair brand. We make the detachable feet and legs that go under other people’s chairs — built around a patented nested taper that hand-presses together in about twenty seconds and ships roughly 30% flatter than a welded foot.
What we make
If you build chairs, these are the parts that go underneath. We sell them to chair factories and furniture groups as standard items or as private-label, drawing-built parts.
The nested taper-lock five-star foot: arms press into the hub by hand, hold without screws, and pack flat. Round or square tube, chrome or powder finish.
Cast five-star legs — chrome, gold and curved profiles — with a standard gas-lift column bore, so they drop into a normal chair build.
Welded square-tube spiders, bare castings and round-tube knock-down legs — with or without castors, matched to your chair’s price point.
The idea
A screwed foot loosens. That is the whole problem we set out to fix in 2020. Screws back out under the rocking and rolling a chair sees every day, and a loose foot is what turns into a wobble and a warranty claim.
Our foot borrows from mortise-and-tenon joinery: a nested sleeve over a tapered foot tube. Push it home and the taper wedges. The more the chair is loaded, the tighter the joint sits — 越受力越牢固, the way we describe it on the shop floor. No screws means no screw kit in the box, nothing to strip, and a part that nests flat for shipping.
